ROPE 'EM IN
Trainers and coaches agree
that rope climbing is one of the most effective ways to exercise the
entire upper body. With that in mind, Marpo Kinetics created the Viper
rope-climbing machine, which boasts a small footprint and reduces the
risk of injury and liability associated with ceiling-mounted ropes, the
company says. The Viper provides a levitating support platform that
offsets up to 250 pounds of a user's body weight. The stand-alone
machine also features a rope-resistance adjustment and requires no
electricity. |
